From Textile to Wall: How KI Wall Expands Design Possibilities with Pallas Textiles

The opening of the new KI Inspiration Center marks an exciting step forward in how designers can create connected experiences across the built environment.

Throughout the space, visitors see how signature Pallas Textiles designs have been thoughtfully translated into KI Wall architectural surface applications, extending design beyond furnishings and into the surrounding environment.

By incorporating textile-inspired graphics into digitally printed wall panels, surfaces, and decorative glass applications, the Inspiration Center demonstrates how a single design language can carry across multiple materials. The result is a more cohesive visual experience that helps designers create spaces that feel intentional, immersive, and connected.

Bringing Textile Design to Architectural Surfaces

For years, Pallas has helped designers tell stories through color, texture, and pattern. Today, those same design elements can move beyond upholstery and panel fabrics into architectural wall solutions that shape how people experience a space.

Featured installations throughout the Inspiration Center showcase KI Wall applications inspired by Pallas patterns, including Ballad, Craft, Facet, and Monsoon. Using custom digital printing capabilities, these designs have been adapted for architectural surfaces while preserving the visual character that makes each pattern distinctive.

The approach opens new possibilities for architects and interior designers looking to create a unified aesthetic across workplace, healthcare, education, and public environments.

Creating Continuity Across the Built Environment

As commercial interiors continue to evolve, designers are seeking ways to create consistency throughout a project without limiting creativity or compromising performance.

The collaboration between Pallas and KI Wall offers a flexible way to achieve that balance. By integrating textiles, wall surfaces, and glass graphics, designers can carry a design narrative throughout an environment while addressing the functional needs of the space.

The Inspiration Center serves as a real-world example of how coordinated surface solutions can enhance the built environment through thoughtful use of pattern, texture, and materiality.

“As the boundaries between textiles and architectural elements continue to evolve, we see an opportunity to create more cohesive environments through a shared material language,” said Dean Lindsley, Vice President, Pallas Textiles. “By bringing together the rich storytelling and elevated design of Pallas with the architecturally refined aesthetic of KI Wall, we're giving designers new ways to extend their vision onto the very surfaces that shape the experience of a space.”

Looking Ahead

The Inspiration Center is just the beginning of what's possible when textile design and architectural surfaces work together.

As Pallas and KI Wall continue to explore new applications, designers can expect even more opportunities to bring pattern, texture, and storytelling into the spaces they create. From digitally printed wall panels to custom Skyline glass solutions, the future of commercial interiors lies in environments where every element contributes to a cohesive design vision.

We invite visitors to explore the new KI Inspiration Center and discover how Pallas and KI Wall are helping shape the next generation of integrated design.
